Construction Project Manager

Role Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced construction project manager—whether an accomplished intermediate professional or a seasoned senior expert—to join a high-performing team in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. You will assume overall management of an ambitious construction site dedicated to multi-residential towers and senior living residences (RPA) featuring 7 to 27 stories of concrete structure. You will take charge of stimulating projects valued between $40M and $120M, orchestrating every phase from initial development and estimating to full occupancy handoff. Responsibilities: • Plan, orchestrate, and control all schedules and budgets for large-scale concrete structure projects. • Direct, mentor, and coordinate site resources, including project coordinators and building superintendents. • Accurately apply comparative estimating methods to evaluate costs, extra work orders, and project feasibility. • Maintain tight financial tracking, negotiate subcontractor award contracts, and produce flawless cost reports. • Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety measures on site. • Lead regular job site meetings and maintain transparent, continuous communication with executive leadership. • Proactively identify and manage technical and financial risks associated with real estate execution phases. Requirements & Skills: • Strong leadership, excellent stress management, and the ability to maintain a sustained working pace. • Sharp analytical mindset capable of efficiently resolving unexpected technical and operational site challenges. • Solid skills in financial management, budget control, and commercial negotiation. • Proficiency with industry-specific software such as Autodesk Build (PlanGrid), MS Project, Maestro, and Excel. • Excellent interpersonal qualities and a strong dedication to internal clients and team members. • University degree in engineering or architecture, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • Minimum of 3 to 8+ years of relevant experience working for a general contractor or developer-builder. • Demonstrated hands-on experience on multi-story concrete tower construction sites (multi-residential or senior housing). • Full availability to work 100% in person on the construction site located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. • LEED certification is considered a strong asset for the project.
