Responsibilities
• Assist the project manager and superintendent in the day-to-day management of administrative and technical site activities.
• Track and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), site instructions, and change order notices.
• Coordinate sub-contractors in the field and ensure compliance with execution schedules and assembly plans.
• Maintain up-to-date logs for plans, specifications, and technical submittals using construction management software.
• Monitor orders and material deliveries to prevent delays in concrete pouring and finishing sequences.

• Valid driver's license and vehicle for site-related travel as needed.
