The position offers a hybrid work model and a long-term seasonal contract with potential for permanent hire.

Job Details
Job Title: B2B Customer Service Representative
Location: Ville-Saint-Laurent (Hybrid model: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
Status: Long-Term Seasonal Contract (Late August 2026 – March/April 2027, with potential for permanent hire)
Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Salary : 24-26$ / hour
Advantages & Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Accurately enter and validate B2B customer orders in internal systems.
- Inbound Customer Support: Handle inbound calls (~90% of volume) to provide real-time status updates on orders and deliveries.
- Proactive Follow-Ups: Conduct targeted outbound calls (~10% of volume) to clarify operational details with clients.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with the Dispatch and Sales teams to coordinate shipping logistics.
- Account Support: Provide pricing and contractual terms according to established price structures.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently manage customer support tickets ("cases") and deliver courteous, first-level problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous background in B2B customer service within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or corporate environments.
- Bilingualism: High fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to comfortably navigate multiple software platforms and management databases.
- Personal Traits: High rigor, precision, strong organization, and the ability to handle peak-volume stress effectively.
- Soft Skills: True team player, reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
English proficiency is required for this position due to daily interactions with clients, partners, and vendors located outside Quebec, as well as the use of internal software and systems configured in English. Daily internal collaboration also frequently takes place in English.
