We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our client's team on a 3-month contract basis, leading end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume requisitions ranging from entry-level pharmacy support to senior retail management in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the potential for extension or a permanent offer.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-lifecycle recruitment for high volume pharmacy requisitions
  • Source and build active candidate pipelines for pharmacists and pharmacy staff
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assess clinical/technical qualifications
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on talent needs and market insights
  • Oversee offer extensions, pre-employment checks, and onboarding coordination

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search techniques
  • Bilingualism in English/French is a strong asset
  • Highly motivated self-starter comfortable with cold-outreach
  • Available to start within 2 weeks and commit to hybrid schedule

Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare, pharmacy, or retail recruitment preferred). - Sourcing Capability: Proven mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced boolean search techniques to find passive candidates. - Language Skills: Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset / nice to have. - Mindset: Highly motivated self-starter who isn't afraid to cold-outreach, manage high volume, and hit the ground running on day one. - Availability: Able to start work within 2 weeks of offer acceptance and commit to 3 days/week on-site attendance.
