Responsibilities: - Project Setup & Billing: Set up and maintain project profiles; execute timely, accurate monthly billing and handle disbursement invoices. - Consultant & Cost Management: Track consultant costs against budgets, reconcile invoices, and manage sub-consultant payments using the pay-when-paid model. - Budgeting & Analysis: Review monthly project reports, partner with Project Architects to build project budgets, and flag variances. - Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with ad-hoc reporting and maintain strict alignment with firm accounting policies. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. - Experience: Project accounting experience within professional services, architecture, engineering, or construction. - Software: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Hands-on experience with BST Global is a significant asset. - Skills: Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the confidence to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
