Job Summary
Our client, a well established multi-national manufacturing and distribution organization is seeking a hands on, strategic Controller to oversee corporate finance, financial operations, and accounting functions. Reporting directly to the COO, you will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership while leading a team of 4 finance professionals. You will leverage your expertise in multi-site accounting, manufacturing cost controls, and complex inventory management to drive operational insights and cash flow forecasting.

Qualifications:
* CPA designation is required
* 10 yrs of progressive accounting & finance experience with at least 5 yrs in a Controller/leadership role
* Proven experience managing multi-site, multi-divisional operations
* Background in manufacturing required
* Advanced excel
