Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will analyze financial data, build predictive financial models, track budget performance, and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate possesses strong numerical acumen, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to translate complex data into clear financial stories for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate FP&A
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SQL is a plus
  • CFA, CMA, or CPA progress/completion preferred

Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SQL is a plus. - Certifications: Progress toward or completion of CFA, CMA, or CPA is preferred but not required. - Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, sharp critical thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
