Our client in the West Island is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their Administration team and support sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, bilingual, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing bid packages, managing client communications, and coordinating sales appointments.

Required Skills

Job Details

Position Overview As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales and customer service teams. You’ll prepare bid packages, manage client communications, coordinate sales appointments, prepare client proposals, and ensure timely responses on behalf of key account managers. You’ll also provide support during our snow season and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Advantages - Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM - Salary 45,000$-50,000$ (Based on experience) - Full benefits Medical - Company Uniforms - Company Events - Food sometimes given by employer - 2 weeks vacation + 1 week off at Christmas - Parking lot - Work for a leader in the industry - Advancement opportunities Responsibilities - Assist the teams with incoming emails and client inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins). - Order and maintain office supply inventory. - Provide support during snow season, including on-call responsibilities and escalation management. - Sales Coordination: Prepare bids and assemble bid packages for submission, as well as summarize won bids. - Book and coordinate sales appointments. - Support the entire office in coordinating data. - Send out sales estimates promptly and follow up with clients. - Manage account managers’ email inboxes to ensure responsiveness. - Run pre-planning meetings and summarize key discussions. Qualifications - High School Diploma (or equivalent). - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Fully bilingual (French & English). - English-speaking internal and external clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a daily/regular basis. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - High level organizational skills. - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Tech-savvy with proven ability to quickly learn company software. - Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills. - Patient, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong listening skills.
