- Fast and precise alphanumeric and 10-key data entry skills

Responsibilities
- Process and enter high volumes of vendor invoices, receipts, and expense reports into the accounting system with high speed and accuracy.
- Verify coding, dates, quantities, and totals across all incoming accounts payable documents.
- Perform 3-way matching (POs, packing slips, and vendor invoices) to flag pricing or quantity discrepancies.
- Enter vendor detail updates and assist with routine electronic record filing and scanning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ months of data entry, junior accounts payable, or general office/finance admin experience.
- Data Entry Skills: Fast, precise alphanumeric and 10-key data entry skills (accuracy is essential for this role).
- Software: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas) and familiar with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar ERPs).
- Attributes: Sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain steady focus during repetitive entry tasks.
