Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic Full-Cycle Recruiter for a hybrid, contract-to-perm position. Although your duties will primarily be performed remotely (splitting your time between your home and the Randstad branch), you will occasionally need to visit the client site, 1 to 2 times a week to start (this frequency may evolve). The ideal candidate must be flexible and motivated to step in occasionally as a Site Coordinator based on operational needs.

Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process (job postings, pre-screen interviews, background checks, and hiring) while maintaining an active talent pipeline.
- Occasional Site Support: Represent Randstad during client site visits, engage with talent on the floor, and step into a Site Coordinator role when required.
- Administration & Compliance: Meticulously track legal documents (e.g., visa expiries), conduct weekly payroll audits, and manage employee records.
Qualifications
- Education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree. Education in HR is an asset.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in fast-paced, client facing roles.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in English with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Communication: Proven interpersonal and presentation skills to build cross-functional relationships and provide clear guidance to candidates.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze information effectively to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Project Management: Good organizational skills to prioritize activities, manage resources, and track project timelines effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of recruitment trends, technologies, and staffing/employment practices.
- Flexibility: Must be flexible with schedule and work location to meet the evolving needs of the client and the business.
Summary
This is a contract-to-perm role, which means there is possibility of long term employment based on your performance and the client's needs.
