Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales targeting hospitals, EMS agencies, and health authorities
- Manage and stimulate the distribution network within the territory
- Provide technical demonstrations of mounting systems and medical solutions
- Develop sales forecasts and contribute to territory strategy
- Navigate complex RFP processes and government-related sales
- Maintain balance between new business acquisition and account management
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in capital equipment or medical devices
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and RFP submissions
- Ability to travel frequently across Atlantic Canada
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Drive direct sales across Ontario and Atlantic Canada, targeting hospitals, EMS agencies, and health authorities.
- Manage and stimulate the distribution network within the territory.
- Provide technical demonstrations of mounting systems and medical equipment management solutions.
- Develop sales forecasts and contribute to territory strategy alongside executive leadership.
- Navigate complex RFP processes and government-related sales environments.
- Maintain 50/50 balance between new business acquisition and existing account management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically with capital equipment or medical devices.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and RFP submissions.
- Experience in the EMS/Paramedic field is considered a significant asset.
- Ability to travel frequently across Atlantic Canada.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not mandatory for the Atlantic Canada role.
